Proposed Ordinance O-2011-5 Adopting the Local Service Tax
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to discuss Ordinance O-2011-5 adopting the Local Service Tax. The following is the short title.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINGSTON, LUZERNECOUNTY ENACTING A LOCAL SERVICES TAX AND UPON ENACTMENT THEREOF TO BECOME PART 4 OF CHAPTER 24 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINGSTON, CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION, PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE ORDINANCE, AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
